I am in the process of developing some workshops on personal resilience.

I think we could all benefit from an occasional stock-take of our lives (a sort of personal MOT, as it were) – and not just wait until we’re in crisis before seeking help.

Mental and emotional resilience are aspects of ourselves that we can assess and develop and which involve life skills that we can use every day and pass on to others.

These workshops might be face to face in and around the Worthing area, online, or a blend of the two.
