As well as being a trainer, coach and counsellor, I have a Certificate in Groupwork and I’ve facilitated bereavement support groups at my local hospice, St Barnabas House.
Two of the key issues we have as a community right now are social isolation and loneliness. This applies not just to people in specific groups (such as the homeless, bereaved and elderly) but across the board, to people of all ages, and in all walks of life.
I’m developing ways in which I might bring people together for personal development and peer support – as a therapeutic or support group, meeting face to face or online, or perhaps using a blend of these approaches. Watch this space!
If you think you might benefit from joining a group, or from peer support – please register interest by using the form on the Contact Me page.
I also provide coaching and counselling supervision in groups – see separate section.
