If you’ve had face-to-face/in person coaching or counselling before, this is the one which will probably seem the most familiar because, although we won’t be together in the same room, we will be able to see and hear each other.

You may already have experienced this type of interaction either at work or socially – using Skype, FaceTime or Google Hangouts, perhaps.

I currently use Zoom which is like Skype but deemed to be more secure – more detail can be found on: https://zoom.us/.

My experience is that this can work really well for counselling and coaching – and, particularly at the moment, it works better than us sitting in the same room wearing masks…

You will need a private space your end, a good internet connection, and a webcam, speaker and microphone on your device.
