If you’ve had face-to-face/in person coaching or counselling before, this is the one which will probably seem the most familiar because, although we won’t be together in the same room, we will be able to see and hear each other.

You may already have experienced this type of interaction either at work or socially – using Skype, FaceTime or Google Hangouts, perhaps.

I currently use Zoom which is like Skype but deemed to be more secure and which will require you to download the software beforehand from: https://zoom.us/.

You might use a desktop, laptop, notebook, tablet or phone. Whichever device you do use, it will need to have a webcam, speaker and microphone.
