I have an Advanced Diploma in Professional Coaching and Mentoring from the Oxford School of Coaching and Mentoring, am a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD), a Master Practitioner in Neuro-Lingustic Programming (NLP) and qualified to use the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI).

I undertook my counselling Diploma at the Wealden Psychology Institute for which the three core theories were Person-Centred, Transactional Analysis and Gestalt. My Diploma is Humanistic and Integrative which means I draw on all these models plus my experience and qualifications as a trainer and a coach and my more recent continuing professional development which enables me to include elements from:

I’m a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (Reg. MBACP) and abide by the BACP Ethical Framework and the BACP Supplementary Guidance re Working Online.

I also have a Diploma in Online Counselling and Psychotherapy and a Diploma in Online Therapeutic Supervision. I am a member of the Association for Counselling and Therapy Online (ACTO) abiding by the ACTO Code of Ethics.
