My working week tends to be Monday-Thursday 9am-8pm and Friday 10am-4pm. I will usually respond to messages on Saturdays between 10am and 12 noon. I take Sundays and Bank Holidays off.
Having said that, if I’m delivering training, travelling, facilitating a meeting, in session with another client, taking a break or on leave, then I might not be able to respond straight away so I would appreciate your patience.
